Building Upwards – In Situ Construction
This in situ concrete structure demonstrates our capability in delivering complex vertical construction with precision and control. The walls reached heights of up to 27 meters and were constructed to thicknesses of up to 800mm, presenting significant structural and logistical demands.
Each lift placed approximately 140m³ of concrete, requiring meticulous planning, controlled placement, and continuous monitoring. Engineered Doka formwork systems, integrated height-access platforms, and sequenced reinforcement installation supported progressive pours under strict safety and quality standards.
The success of the build reflects the expertise of our crew who are highly skilled in vertical concrete works and certified for working at heights. Through disciplined execution and close coordination with surveyors, the BCP team carried out ongoing fine adjustments to maintain full plumb, alignment, and dimensional accuracy throughout every stage.
